What I liked most is that she didn't pressure me into anything, but helped guide me with pro's and con's for my personal requirements. That to me, was invaluable. I also liked that she was always available to answer questions and even help me through the mortgage faze of buying property.

We had a great experience with great communication and an appropriate assessment of the market. (She even went above and beyond and helped us with several on the ground issues that we needed an on-site person to handle!) We would absolutely hire her again for any other property transaction in the Tampa Bay area.
